"Puts any customer who does not have a maintenance agreement last in service. No way to get business. Was not happy CS did not tell me service could be until 1030 PM. Had to find out via email confirmation. Who wants a service tech that late after a long day. Been there, done that & they are tired and not in the mood to not only do a thorough job but even talk & explain things. They just want to get home. And who wants to be awake at 1030pm when you have to go to work the next day and have kids sleeping. Not good CS. Will not be using again."
