"Rep I spoke with week of 23 March was great. The one I spoke with on 30 March kept interrupting me (I was trying to tell her I only had 15 minutes b/ca my spouse had a phone conference). She just kept shouting I understand and cutting me off. Eventually I got the sentence out and she said Oh, then I'll hurry. But just trying to tell her the limits I was under ate up several minutes of my limited time! Also, your phone payment system is antiquated and doesn't work well w/ cell phones. For God's sake- get a payment website! This isn't the 1990s."
