"I called in two times concerning annual HVAC inspection. The first call I was told because my previous inspection was May 6 2019 this years inspection would have to be after that date. I said ok schedule me. The representative told me he couldn’t schedule that far in advance. I thought about that and called back the next day. I asked a different rep when I could call back to schedule an inspection for May 6 or after. She scheduled me for April 16. I of course was pleased with my second attempt of scheduling."
"My BGE home people, all of them, have always been great. I have used A/C - Heating folks, and now I use the plumber. They call when on the way, they have all been very respectful of my house, wore booties, and cleaned up after themselves when done. I would recommend BGE to anyone. The ease and convenience of having my policies on my BGE bill are great. If you don't have them you should consider getting the home protection policies. Pick which one's suit your needs best and cover yourself."

"I scheduled my annual heating and cooling maintenance checkup for March 12. The technicians (there were two) replaced a couple of electrical connections, telling me that they were faulty. On the morning of March 15 when I awoke the system was not working (the thermostat was blank) and I phoned BGE Customer Service. When your technician arrived later that morning he diagnosed the problem to be that one of the replaced electrical connections was faulty. Due to the nature of the connection he said that split bolt connectors were required, not the standard wire connectors that had been installed on March 12. He didn't have any on his truck so he went to Home Depot to purchase them and installed them a little over an hour later. I am very pleased with the service I received on March 15. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received March 12. If it had been performed adequately the second service appointment would not have been necessary. I would appreciate a response."
