"The BGE Home telephone rep was very nice and tried to help me. However my problem has been a continuous issue with my residential home windows. I keep having problems and I need to fixed or replaced. My windows have been installed in 2/2018. Have the same issues. To be fair, the window manufacturer (Soft-Light) and a BGE Home rep did come to my home within a week of my follow up call. We are working on a solution."
