"After months of research to find a replacement of my Cannondale SuperSix, I settled on Orbea. I had a few email exchanges with Orbea in the U.S and I also called several Orbea bike dealers. There is a dealer 10-minutes from my home, but I placed a deposit on the Orca Aero with Bike Bling (read between those lines). 6-months later Kerry calls and said the bike has arrived. So I drive 100 miles to meet the Bike Bling team and see the shop for the first time. The shop is big and full of great products. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A few quick adjustments to the bike and a test ride in the parking lot, which proves little more than wheels turn, and the brakes work. But now I have done over 100-miles, I am more than happy with my purchase from Kerry and his team. "

"I ordered my Orbea Rise m10 in March 2022 and it will be arriving in early June 2022. I compared multiple sellers that had the same (or worse) time-frames as stated on Orbea's website. In the end, the total cost of the bike (delivered, after taxes) from BikeBling was about $1000 less than every other seller I spoke with (exact same bike, but the other places charge a ton for shipping, whereas it is FREE with BikeBling and *FAST* - less than a week from ship date to expected delivery, cross country). For ordering I spoke directly with Kerry, the owner, and he found me several options (the different colors, different levels) and compared the cost and expected arrival dates. (Just under) 3 months may seem like an eternity, but that was entirely on Orbea and would have affected any order (it was also much faster, by months, than many other places) - the parts of the process handled by BikeBling went very fast. If you're in the market for any bike sold by BikeBling I would absolutely recommend giving Kerry a call. "

"I ordered a bunch of bike parts, some of which were out of stock. There's no mention that items are out of stock at the time that you're ordering them online. Five days later I get an email that one item just arrived in stock and another was still out of stock. The email stated that they would send it as a split order in the interest of sending me items that I ordered 5 days ago. OK, fair enough. 5 days later they have still not arrived so I call customer service and make a big enough stink that the agent tells me that he'll get them out that day (Friday) and I'll see them on Monday. Monday and Tuesday came and went, still not here, 2 weeks from the order date! And I literally live less than 100 miles from the store. "
