I wanted to see the bikes and test ride before the purchase. A deposit was required as expected and the bikes were held for a week while we were out of town over the busy Thanksgiving holiday.

When we drove down to the shop the bikes were in stock and perfectly set up. The staff was friendly and spent all the time we needed with us.

When we got home we realized a couple of things were left behind. A phone call was all it took and the items were shipped to us within a couple of days at no charge.

"Ordered a saddle a few weeks ago and almost instantly the status read "in final shipping, unable to change order." Status didn't change for a week so I emailed to ask what was up. Didn't receive a response, so I called and they said it's not expected to ship until Sept (it's June). Sure wish I'd know about the stocking issue when I placed the order two weeks ago. So I canceled the order, I sent prob 10 emails asking when I would be re credited my money, they said some accounting excuse and auto made responses mostly. Then I got a email saying they did re credit my account. So I check my account and not only did they not re credit my money they charged they same exact charge again on my account. I sent them tons of emails with pictures proven this and they never responded, so I called and they guy called me a liar and said deal with it with my bank basically and hung up on me. "I had a lot of trepidation because of some reviews I saw. I can only speak for my experience. The web site said the bike as available. I called Kerry and he answered the phone and assured me it was, could be built in a few days and would be delivered by the end of the next week. He was very patient and helpful. After a few days I called to make sure it was on track. Kerry answered the phone, looked up my bike, and said it was in the queue. Again very patient. The bike arrived when he said it would. I had read some reviews about bad packaging. Mine was packaged professionally. So in sum, they were helpful, patient, honest and delivered on time. No complaints here. As busy as they must be right now, I appreciated that Kerry answered the phone when I called and helped me."

"I ordered a set of i9 wheels from them on Feb 24th and didn't get them until April 7th. They weren't in stock and didn't realize this when I ordered them. I called them a few times once it started getting close to the 6 week mark, they answered the phone every time and were as straightforward as the could be one when I would expect to get them. Once that set arrived, the wheels showed in stock so I ordered another set and they were at more door in less than 6 days. I got a killer deal on them and can't recommend these guys more. I had ordered from them a few years back and everything was always delivered in a timely manner (pre-covid)"
