"I ordered a pair of bike tires from them on the 16th of July. The order was quickly updated to indicate I could not longer make changes. Since then nothing has happened. I tried their 1-800 number and found that it's now a shady car warranty company."

However, I never received a notification of when it would ship. After 5 days of no communication, I emailed them and got a "vacation auto-responder" style response.
Another week passed, and I replied to the email, still no response."
"Well, we are in Covin 19, and a lot of entry level bikes are gone. So, I finally found this place where I can pre-order a bike. I first never been to this shop, so I went to take a look and see if they have any entry level mountain bikes in stock. If course not. Before I place the order, I took my daughter in the 2nd time to see which size to order. We received great service. They even ordered it for us. I was expecting to receive the bike in July, but I received the bike in 3 days. Ordered on Friday, got a call on Monday and went in to pick it up. Received great service again."

"A lot of reviews harping about poor turnaround or lack of response. Dip into the clue bag people. It’s the middle of a pandemic, people are isolating at home and buying up everything hobby related and others are afraid to go to work or won’t because they are getting more money from the govt than they would make at work. Even Amazon had supply chain problems. I purchased a bike online May 13th. When store opened I called to check availability (ordered a trampoline on Amazon, all were on back order5-8 weeks). Had conversation w/whom I think was owner. Cool guy. Explained that I was 5th in line for that model and he wasn’t sure how many he’d be getting due to the surge in demand. Also explained that his order was in a shipping container waiting to be unloaded but had no timeframe as to delivery due to the slowdown. He said possibly mid-late June. Worried I wouldn’t get the model I wanted, I emailed a list of bikes I would take as a substitute. A day or two passed (they’re beyond busy and short-staffed) and they acknowledged. I told them I’d stop bugging them and sit tight. Last night I received an email with UPS tracking stating bike had shipped and the owner left his cell and asked me to call. I called and he asked me for my cc number as original payment had been refunded a month ago due to uncertainty of order. Not only did they ship my bike without payment (huge sign of good will to me), they also had purchased enough of a random/odd model to fill at least 5 orders. BikeBling rocks in my opinion. "

"Worst bike company there is. Stay away steer clear, they will take your money and not provide you with updates or your money or a bike. Youl have to call police and your bank to be put back where you were id you just avoided them altogether. Safer to use Craig’s List than these scam artist. Or order directly from the manufacturer as we did. You’ll get it much faster without the headache and victimization. "

"Been here several times to fix my sons bike. Nothing expensive , always under $50. However I got a free service last week in the mist of Covid 19 saga. I needed to exercise with my son, but his brakes and seat were messed up. One of the guys came out, 39 mins later, bike was fixed and he said “ don’t worry about it, just be safe” Wow. Thank you bike bling"
"Long story short: There was an issue with my helmet being delayed by several weeks and I was going to cancel my order. After speaking to a very friendly person named Zaal they offered to upgrade my helmet. They really had no obligatiin to do this as it was at the height of the Covid crisis and as such the delay wasn't their fault. I will continue to be a customer of theirs for the foreseeable future."

"Placed my order on 12/1/19 for (3) items that were listed online as "in stock." On 12/4/19, I received an email from Juan J. stating that the items I ordered (xtr cassette 11sp, ck headset, xtr shifter were no longer available.
JJ then said he had a 12sp.cassette available and would ship it out that week! It is now 12/31/19 and I do not have any of the items I ordered! Contacted JJ again on 12/10/19 and guess what . . . not one reply to my emails or calls!
I finally notified PayPal, albeit I'll have to wait 10 business days for my $800 blunder! WTF Bike Ding-a-ling? On a side note . . . I did receive a call from the Owner on 12/21/19 stating that it was shipped and to be on the lookout for the package. Is this a joke Mr. Owner? Thanks for holding up my bike build! Bike Bling **** A**! "
