"Price match? Yes. Right product? No. Scammers? Yes. So, I ordered a set of Ultegra SL 6650-G compact crankset and asked if they would price match. They went ahead and price matched but upon receiving the product, I realized they sent me the wrong product (6500). I told them they sent me the wrong product and they said that that's the last SL they had. So, I get an emailing offering me a different product 6700 for a great price, I said not thanks. So I head over to their website and found that the 6650G was still available. But after my ordeal. They pull the product from the site when 3 different sizes were being sold. A bunch of theives."

"I just wanted to say that I have ordered parts from Bike Bling at least a dozen times and I have always had a good experience. I never assume that they stock everything they list on their site, so I guess it's not a major drag if I have to occasionally wait for something to arrive. Communication is always good and the value I receive makes ordering from Bike Bling worth my while. Keep up the great work guys!"

"Very poor customer service. I would never use this shop again.

I ordered some protective gear online from BikeBling.

First, they say they would match the price in their website, but they don't. Even after placing the order by following their direction exactly, I found myself receiving the order confirmation with the full price without any price adjustment at all.

Second, even though they don't have the product that you ordered in stock, they don't notify the customer about it for more than a week. I sent them an email inquiry about it, but they never replied. Their excuse was that there is only one guy handling all customers.

Third, if you call their 800 number, guess what? You will be greeted by their answering machine or you will be placed on hold for more than 10 minutes. Even after 10 minutes of waiting, they talk with another guy at the store. They don't give you a full attention you deserve. They simply don't care about the customer on the phone.

Don't order from this guy on-line. It's not worthy it.

"I have ordered several times from Bike Bling without a problem. The last order showed up the same week I ordered it. Communication has always been great. On one of my orders I received a call from Kerry to make sure that a disc brake adapater was indeed the correct one for my application. I have never received that kind of service from other online stores I have used in the past. I will definitely be using these guys more in the future!"
