"Our experice has been pretty good overall. We've put these in ever room of our home. On our last order, one of the blinds had a big crease in it. We went ahead and hung it. The crease did fall out, so we were pleased that the issue resolved itself. Our only remaining issue is with the remote. When adding a new/blind requires changing an existing setting, you end up with the button controlling old and new blinds at the same time. Need to know how to UNPROGRAM an existing button before adding a new shade in on the same button. Otherwise, love them!!!!"
