"I ordered a cellular shade that is 3 separate shades on one rail. Blindsgalore was the only place that I could find such a thing. The shade fits like a glove except for the length, which I mis-measured. I was devastated because it looks so beautiful and really transformed my window. I sadly called Blindsgalore thinking that I would have to re-order the blind. I was my fault. Instead, I was told that if I donate my blind to a local charity and provide a copy of the receipt, Blindsgalore will send a new shade with the correct dimensions!! I am shocked. At the very least I expected to have to return the blinds and pay for shipping. The customer service is so amazing, I am replacing the remaining blinds in my home."
