"I was frustrated multiple times with communication from blinds galore. The order took longer than anticipated with no explanation as to why. It was difficult to get in touch with somebody to find out information. Parts were missing, and when I reached out I was told someone would call me back, but that has not happened yet. That said, I am happy with the blinds themselves. They look good, and are reasonably easy to install. The hardest part about installing them is unpackaging and sorting. Everything is wrapped individually, so it took me as long to on package and unwrap everything as it did to actually install the blinds. "
