"Recently i received an order of Bali blinds with 12 inch long tilt wands that are not easy to reach unless you are 6 feet tall. Also there was a "ladder" of cord running right down the middle and it was covered with cloth tape obstructing the view out the windows. Customer service representative insists that these are factory standards. Next order I switched to Blinds galore brand and 2 of the 3 blinds had 12 inch tilt wands. I called and they are shipping the right size wands but it is a bit of work to partially disassemble the bling to attach the wands. This is stupid cost cutting at the price of quality. And the customer service operators on the phone act like it is my problem. I am a property manager and I have been a frequent buyer for almost 20 years but I will be seeking alternative sources next time."
