"i've been on your site multiple times. i've called multiple times. the people i've spoken with have been mostly helpful, but i find the process of buying blinds online to be discouraging. i've emailed (unanswered) questions about whether roman shades have valances (the first ones i bought did, i DETEST them, they were 1k!?! and i don't like them) and instead of helpful answers, i've mostly just become more confused. why can't i buy top down bottom up roman shades with no cord, and no valance? and now i'm buying cellular, because honestly, i just need something covering my THIRTY SIX windows. hopefully this will get me started and inspired to find better options."
