"Apparently the person who took my order put the fraction of an inch wrong as blinds arrived, but too wide. They will reorder and send me replacement. Very understanding. But over holidays time to get them is longer. The blinds are great but not a fit. I ordered 29 3/8 window width and they sent 29 3/4 blind width ."

"Your website for ordering was one of the best I have ever used! Seamless and allowed me to continue to order the same blind without it changing the type or color. I just had to adjust the size.
The freight on the other hand is something that I was not to happy with. Standard freight is free but if you wanted 2nd day it added $40 to each blind! Not a lump sum for all the blinds but a single extra charge for each blind. I ordered 12 blinds so that would have been $500 for $700 worth of blinds. So I am chancing the standard freight and that my order gets here in time. "
