"I was ordering swatches and there were a couple of things that were a bit confusing. I checked two day delivery; that part was pretty clear but at the bottom of the page is this section that's about Next Day for $70. So now I'm wondering why that's there? Is that what I'm going to get? It was enough to create that moment of doubt about what was going on. It would be better if it just wasn't there if you weren't doing Next Day. Then below that it said something to the effect that my 'Order wasn't complete'. Again, no explanation. Was it because I hadn't clicked 'Submit' yet or was it something else? I'm still not entirely sure what was being communicated there but it could stand to be 'cleaned up'."
