In speaking with the Blindsgalore customer service they stated they had no idea where my order was or when it would be shipped or delivered. The customer service rep said they had not received information from their manufacturer and were essentially "blind" to the specifics of the order and delivery. Further, getting any updates from customer service has been very difficult. This has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend or use this company ever again.
