"The representative on the phone was lovely. She helped me figure out what I wanted & was liberal in sending us samples. I was poised to purchase 8 indoor & outdoor shades from you until I checked out your company on the Better Business Bureau site. I was heartened that you were registered with the BBB, but 2 or 3 detailed complaints in their review section scared my husband & me off. One in particular described a refusal to refund a buyer when the product wasn't acceptable to him/her, & another 1 or 2 reflected silly pettiness in policies taken by the company. So now I'm getting quotes from companies closer to me in Los Angeles. I appreciate a woman-run company, which is why I chose you in the 1st place, & I appreciate the chocolate chip cookie recipe (cute idea), but your business attitude & practices are waaay more important! Thanks for the opportunity to explain."

On my last purchase, I realized I ordered the wrong finish, and was able to call to update my order a few days later. The rep not only updated my order, but emailed me confirmation once she was able to confirm with the factory the update had been made. And ultimately, I'm super happy with all of my purchases.
