"We received our blinds but there were some issues with them that were not worth sending them back, the metal at the top had a split in it but my husband said this was fine because no one will see it because it is in the back, the box with the crews and plates was all broken up and one of the plastic pieces was broke, we didn’t need it so we didn’t care. So your quality control is below average but the blinds do like good in my window. We will not order from this place again. "
