Ordered shades according to directions on their website (btw I have owned 5 homes and have ordered blinds from multiple vendors before) they arrived promptly and were not sized properly. I called customer service, they asked that I measure the blinds and send a picture to them of the tape measure and blind. I did so and the representative agreed that it was not sized properly. The representative then accused me of not measuring properly 30 seconds after telling me that the size they cut was indeed wrong.
The experience was absolutely ridiculous. If you request a blind to be 12.5” wide then certainly a 11” blind is just a mistake!
I will never order from this company again.
