"To tell the truth, I was leery about Canvas Discount. I mean, just how good could they be with such reasonable prices. With high hopes I sent in an order to be used as part of a large display if all went well. Obviously all went well; the canvas prints are fantastic. Over the last two months I have made a number orders. There was a little problem with one, but their customer service is out-standing and the problem was taken care of immediately. I am so glad I found Canvas Discount to aid me in my homage display to my late wife of 40 yers. The prints I purchased are all from a wedding vow renewal in 2005; one of the few times most of our scattered family was together in one place.

BEWARE: Do not believe these paid for reviews. Look them up on the BBB and complaint board. Look at there business hours. They will take your money and NOT provide tracking numbers for your orders!!! You will call and ask where your order is they will tell you continue to wait and wait for your package to arrive. They said it shipped on the 13th and it’s now the 25th. I still have nothing! I called this morning requesting a refund. They refused. I called PayPal, thank GOODNESS I ordered with PayPal! I will be getting my money back. Just wanted to mention also that Malynn helped me because she said to make sure to write down her name on all my social media posts and reviews of this company. She is a customer service supervisor. She argued with me all the way and told me to wait even longer for my products to maybe show up at my door. Refused to give tracking or refund. Told me ups does not give tracking etc. it was shocking and chilling to hear how cold she was that she could careless how unhappy I was a customer. "
