"On my first order, I ordered few acrylic prints that arrived promptly, at a fair price and good quality. My second time ordering was a complete disappointment, and worst that the actual issues with the prints, was the lack of customer support. The second time around the prints when on metal, they arrived grainy, pealing on the edges, and completely in useful. When I called, I got an excuse witch blamed a change of sub vendor. Basically got the runaround with no variable explanation or even apology for the most ridiculous quality product. As good as the experience was the first time, it was as equally bad the second. No consistency whatsoever. "

"They are currently running a Mother's Day special. I placed an order last Monday, it is now Friday, still have not received my order. I called and asked when I should expect to receive my order, they said that it was being made in GERMANY and it would take a minimum 14 business days!? They advertise on their website that their products are "made with love in the USA", that is false advertising. Nor do they specify which products are going to be coming from a different country and will take weeks to actually deliver On top of that, the customer service person I talked to said that since I was not going to get my order in time for Mother's Day I should just buy my mom flowers instead...
