When my shipping confirmation came, it said I would be getting my order 3 days AFTER father's day. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was hung up on. When I finally reached a customer service rep, i was told that i could cut up the canvas and send them a picture to get a refund. What a joke. This company uses false advertising and has horrible customer service! "
