"I have ordered from this company twice now. The first time I ordered (various sizes) of canvas and framed. The first time, one of my photos was not included but, I ended up with the same size (framed) photo of someone else. I contacted the company and they first asked me to dispose of the wrongly sent item. (made sense) Then they asked me to take a picture of the back of this wrongly sent item as proof. This is weird since it was their mistake. I did so and they sent me the correct item about two weeks later. So I take another chance on this company and order three small canvas photos. About ten days later, I received a canvas picture the size of my door. It was business sign in another language. Clearly not what we ordered. I disposed of this huge canvas and contacted the company by phone to let them know they had send the wrong item. The representative was not willing to help me without a picture of the information on the wrongly sent item. I told her that it was already disposed, which was their request the first time they sent me the wrong item. She was incredibly rude and was not willing work with me. I tried to explain to her that on their website tracking, it also said that my items had not been shipped yet. She sent me the tracking to the wrongly delivered item and argued that it said it was delivered. After going around with her, I asked to be transferred to someone else. She then proceeded to tell me that they do not have the ability to transfer calls. Like what? So not only would she not help me, but she wouldn't let me talk to someone else. Also... She stated that on their website, the tracking is never accurate, meaning if I put in my tracking info, it wont be accurate. What? Wrong again! In my first order, when my items were sent, it said that they were sent. So both times she was wrong and was not willing to allow me to talk to someone else. This is the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET THE WRONG ITEMS AND THEY WILL BE INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL WHEN YOU JUST ASK WHAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR. I never write reviews but I am still baffled by my customer experience with this company. "
