"OK service, but one major glitch:
I tried to change one of my orders, less than 24 hours after submitting it. Even though I checked to see the status of my order and it said the order was NOT in production at the time, I was informed because the system is computerized I could not change it. Really? Less than 24 hours after ordering?
Additionally, after real-time messaging with a rep’ on the “review your order” page and getting nowhere, they abruptly signed off with a phone number for further contact ***-***-**** — Picanova?)
After calling FOUR times, being put on hold for a long time on EACH phone call, ALL FOUR times they hug up on me! I finally got an earthling on the FIFTH call (the fifth call being the optimum number, eh?) This is where they informed me I had no recourse because the system was computerized.
I wasn’t cancelling the order; I just wanted to substitute an updated version of a print I submitted initially.
The Fine-Art printer I’ve used in Miami in the past ‘bent-over-backwards’ to help their customers with any problems. CanvasDiscount dropped the ball on this one!"
