"I contacted customer service and they pretty much said too bad. We print them as they come in. I didn't realize the print was up too much on the canvas and there was a white area on the bottom. Now when they went to print it, any one with half a brain would have moved the photo down on the canvas so there was no white showing, but they did not do that.

"I reordered a print for a family member and the quality was terrible, it was grainy, discolored, spotty and the image was larger than the first print I ordered, thus cutting out some of the background scenery. I was contacted by a team member, who I attached a side by side photo of the good print and the bad print. This was last week and I still have not received a response, other than a confirmation email saying they received my email. What is being done about repairing, replacing or refunding my $47.90 I paid for the second/bad print (minus the $7.45 shipping and handling)? I tried uploading the side by side photo, but as I suspected, this option did not work - I kept getting a message saying "Something Went Wrong, Try Again", which I did several times. It's as if this company deliberately makes it almost impossible to get customer service and provide any assistance so as not to have to replace, repair or refund your money. Order number for this bad print is USA99902640872. Please respond or my next move is to file a complaint against this company and file a report with the Better Business Bureau."

"The print work was great. The speed of production was , wow! I received my order so fast.
However, the packaging for shipping was horrible. I had six 16x20 canvases. The only packing material was the thin shrink wrap around each canvas. During shipping, the plastic tore open in areas and the canvases rubbed each other. Everywhere the canvas was exposed, the ink was scuffed and rubbed off the prints - along edges, corners and a few places where the corner of the canvas ,stacked under or over, gouged the one adjacent to it. Because these were white text on back I was able to touch up with a sharpie. However, if it had been a photo/4 color print, they would have been ruined. Each piece should have been wrapped with cushioned packing materials and additional packing material in the box to keep the pieces from shifting in the box."

This one was no exception. A great quality rendering of the photo that was framed in a walnut look. It was completed and in my hands in about one week. The bride and groom loved it.
