"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIEVES!
If you get the wrong item, beware - there is a restocking fee and a shipping fee and by the time they charge you for everything - you get about 10% back from your return. we bought 4 items - tried on one, sent all four back. I asked if my hubby could try on the item, they said yes. didn't fit. sent back, they won't refund that one because there are "skin cells" on it. wow! ok, but they still have 3 unopened pairs - which I paid to ship back, and won't refund without a restocking fee. so they have all my money, all the merchandise and will only refund a tiny amount - THAT IS EXTORTION!"

Purchased 3 pairs. Before delivery the person passed away. Asked for return: 25% restocking fee; fee as well for exchange. Difficulty figuring out return form, called, told to look on the website for the form, trouble with filling out the form, called back, Customer Service, on hold until gave up and hung up.

"The Juzo Expert compression glove I received had much shorter fingers than what was pictured on their website. I was completely frustrated with the very poor customer service not just once, but with multiple people via email, and also via phone. They were not respectful, even rude, and I got hung up on by the same male, twice, on purpose, I now know seeing others comments/reviews. Their website says “Our knowledgeable team of Certified Fitters are here to help you - standing by to answer your questions during regular business hours. Feel free to ask about compression stockings' sizing, measuring, compression levels…”. and when I tried to do this I was told by the male customer service person they were not available. I then asked if they could call me back when they were and he told me they could not. This person then tried to tell me to order a size up, but he couldn't guarantee that would be a good fit either. I informed him that is why I wanted to speak to the “Certified Fitter”, and he still would not allow me to do this. As a licensed Physical Therapist and private consumer, I will not recommend this company to my patients or anyone due to the very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. "
"I only giving one star cause you have pick a star; they deserve none. I order 4 products, dud not receive the order for almost 2 weeks. I call customer service to cancel because it had not been shipped at that point and I had bought from another source. I was told that would try to cabcelked but no guarantee, but it had not shipped yet. Magically I received them with a couple days and returned immediately in their iriginall packaging unopened. I was charged over $40 dollars restocking fee for an order I requested cancelled prior to it being shipped. The customer service man was rude. I will never ever buy from this site again and recommend anybody considering beware...they are dishonest."
"I placed an order and as soon as I received the confirmation, I noticed that I had ordered the wrong product (knee high instead of thigh high stocking's) and I immediately called Customer Service, but no one answered, and proceeded right after the call (not even 1 hour after order was placed) to send an e-mail requesting the order to be cancelled before shipping. They answered my e-mail the next morning, stating that they couldn't cancel the order, that I had to wait until I received the items to then request the return. Once I received the items, I sent an e-mail requesting the return, this is not even 10 days after the purchase and they informed me that they could only exchange for another item or they could give me a store credit....this is NOT as per their online return policy of up to 180 days for returns and my items were intact (not even opened or used). When I said store credit they sent an RMA and stated I had to pay for the return and restock... I mean really, I spent $24.00 on the order.... I decided to keep the items, all this was ridiculous, especially since I tried to cancel the order even before it was shipped. Customer service was very rude and told me that this is their policy and they could NOT go against it and that if I didn't agree then I could keep the product."
"I did online shopping at this website, bought 4 pairs/boxes of compression socks. They were delivered on the following week. I ordered the right size based on my shoe size, however, I had trouble to pull it up, so I decided to contact the seller to return them. The socks were not worn or even tried on. The website home page advertised 180 day return policy. I contacted the seller, asking for return. To my surprise, the seller told me they charge 25% processing fee on ALL returns and the shipping cost is on me! Basically I won't get much money back."
"I was sold a structured brace that lasted me about 2 months of actual use. I inquired about a warranty from the manufacturer and was turned down flat. No big deal, so I asked for a suggestion for an upgrade but continued to be told my brace was "old" and out of warranty. Either they don't speak English or I was getting the run-around. Never purchasing from these people again."

"This seller is fine until you have a problem with the order. I received my item which didn't fit properly and in order to return the item and even exchange the item for a better fit, customers are penalized with return shipping costs and a return fee. Also, the customer service line is always busy, and when you get an agent, they are not very friendly. I had to wait two weeks after they received my return for them even to contact me about the exchange. I am never ordering from this seller again. Amazon is the alternative."
"Accidently ordered from them, then ordered wrong size. Tried to dispute purchase with compressionsale, got hung up on, tried to dispute with credit card, still fighting that battle, 2 letters saying resolved, today got letter from credit card saying pay up or else. Compressionsale people want their products back, say then they will maybe resolve, I say no way. If I return products they get paid double. Scammed over 200.00. There return policy charges you for restocking fee 25%, shipping fees plus 25% order reprocessing fee. Do the math......if you return anything they make over 50% profit plus they get their inferior, dirty stuff back. This is fraud, next am reporting them to better business bureau....SO SHOULD YOU. SHAME ON OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES THEY DO NOT HAVE OUR BACKS.

"First off, I've been ordering from this company for several years with no problems because my compression stockings always fit. This time however I ordered a different type only to find out its size chart was different from the others, therefore my stockings were much too small. I couldn't even pull the stocking over my ankle.
I e-mailed customer service to inquire about returning them. Their requirements included I pay return shipping and that the garments had not been worn and in original containers, which I easily met.
My next correspondence was the e-mail they sent claiming the returned items had been worn. They even enclosed a "picture" of a badly stained sock as "proof." My call to customer service was disastrous. I tried to explain that the stained sock in that picture couldn't have been mine because my stockingsvhad not made it higher than my ankle. The lady I spoke with was rude and dismissive and could care less that I was now out $50. (38 for the socks & 12 for return shipping) She kept referring to the photo and eventually hung up on me. I would not be surprised if they have a picture of a stained sock in every style and color for photograph use. Never again will I send one cent to this company."
"They sent open, used and badly damaged product. Promptly I provided pictures of the problem and asked for replacement. Initially, they promised that they will replace it and to wait for it. After two months when I was looking where the replacement is, they told me that I have to pay myself for shipping back, from Canada, to USA and pay again for shipping replacement. They are terrible company, dishonest and misleading. Keep away as far as you can!"
"I had originally placed my order on on November 28,2021. On December 10,2021, I received an automated email from CompressionSale.com confirming whether my product had been delivered. Evidently, according to CompressionSale.com's own internal algorithms, the product should have been delivered within two weeks of placing the order.
I had not received my order, so I contacted customer service to inquire. 3 days later, I received an update indicating that my product had shipped. Odd that it would have taken so long to ship (more than 2 weeks after placing the order). I wasn't in urgent need of the product, and I was probably more forgiving than I should have been. It was also odd that the product only shipped out after I contacted them. Red flag #1.
On December 17,2021, I noticed that the tracking on the product mentioned it was out for delivery in Toronto, Ontario (Canada). I contacted CompressionSale.com immediately, asking why it was being delivered to Toronto, when I had specified that the delivery address was in Vancouver, British Columbia (Canada), which is a 4 hour flight away. CompressionSale.com confirmed that my delivery address was in Vancouver, British Columbia.
A few hours later, on the same day, I noticed that delivery had been attempted in Toronto. I contacted CompressionSale.com again, stating that my delivery address was not in Toronto. To my surprise, they answered again that my delivery address was in Vancouver, completely ignoring the fact that I had told them twice that my purchase had been delivered in Toronto. To add insult to injury, they advised that I could pick up my package at the post office. Yes... only if I take an 8-hour round-trip flight. Red Flag #2.
This merchant is based out of the Illinois area. There's no way they couldn't just search up on Google Maps to see that Vancouver and Toronto are extremely far away from each other.
Lastly, I contacted them again through Norton Shopping Guarantee. I asked them for a refund. They said no because they had proof of delivery. I had spent $1200 with them, they had shipped the product to the wrong address, and then claimed that because they had proof of delivery they did not need to refund me. Both USPS and Canada Post advised me that the package CompressionSale.com had shipped to Toronto was intended for Toronto. This means that they never had any intention of shipping my package to me.
I'm now out by $1200, I don't have my purchase, and they get to continue scamming more customers.
Please please please do not buy from these scammers. I have never experienced this before, and I also have no idea how these guys are still in business. They should be prosecuted for fraud."
"I purchased an item and immediately cancelled by sending them an email as it was the wrong item. I also called and asked them to cancel the next working day. They ignored and shipped the stocking, disregarding my request and then advised me to go thorough lots of formalities to return the item with many ifs and conditions. I will have to spend much time because they did not follow their request. Disappointing. "
