"Horrible customer service and business practices. They not only took more than one month shipping my order (which turned out to be out of stuck with no one notifying me about that). But also don't give refunds even if you ask for a return number as soon as you receive your order. So they won't give you your money back on immediate returns and also charge a $7 "restocking" fee, and, you no longer qualify for free shipping... WHAT???? "
"I was not given a chance to preview the order before submitting. Once I clicked on process order thru PayPal, my order was submitted. Only then did I discover that the 10% discount code (that they gave me) did not work. (I signed up for emails to get the 10% discount). Also, the website is plastered with "FREE SHIPPING" signs. One appears over the shopping cart with one item in it that says "Free Shipping will be applied". Later I realized that I had not spent the minimum of $39.95, which was mentioned in a couple of less noticeable places. I was put off by the deceptive website. Tried to LIVE CHAT to cancel. No one available on a Sunday. I emailed right away to cancel. They emailed at 5:10 Monday saying they could not cancel as the order had "already been processed." "
"I ordered 2 pair of stockings from this company. I received 2 pair of stockings different from those I had ordered. When I called customer service about this, they said they would check with the manufacturer. Subsequently, I was told that the manufacturer had discontinued the stockings I had ordered and had sent the 2 pair (of inferior quality) I received as "replacements." I told customer service I did not want any "replacement" stockings and I would return them unused and untried for a refund to my credit card. Their website return policy states, "Products that are new and in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged for up to 180 days following the original purchase date. Products THAT HAVE BEEN TRIED ON are eligible for store credit/exchange only.........." (emphasis added). The stockings I returned were UNUSED AND UNTRIED and I returned them in complete accordance with the return instructions with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. I again indicated I wanted a card refund. When no refund appeared on my card statements, I emailed customer service, quoted them the above return policy, and asked why I had not received a refund. I received an email stating I had been given a "store credit" even though the "replacement stockings" (which I never ordered or asked for) were mistakenly sent. The original order should simply have been canceled as "no longer available." Beware of this company! You will not receive a refund even if they send substitute merchandise of inferior quality which you do not want."
"Order hose was sent the wrong size, of course it is not there fault, they will not refund my money only store credit minus restocking fees, the hose was not even tried on way too small. Staff if you ever get someone to talk to is rude and cares nothing about people. This is a horrible company. They are dishonest, there advertisement is misleading. Rude and abusive when you call them and actually get them. Was on hold for 48 minutes before I got to speak to someone that was rude and nasty. Please do your self a favor and do not buy nothing from them."
"They advertise in large bold print “Easy Returns”. Most of their products can only be returned for in store credit. Your credit card will not be refunded, and a restocking fee will be charged. I also agree with previous reviewer who found customer service representative to be rude."

"I ordered on line having an immediate medical need. Found out after placing the order that overnight/saturday delivery was not possible. Did live chat within 2 minutes to cancel the order and was told orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
I tried to explain that I had not seen the no cancellation, no delivery options prior to ordering, and that, due to the medical requirement, I would have to go out and get the products elsewhere. At this point, Olivia, the chatperson, disconnected the chat.
Have filed a complaint with Paypal who has elevated the matter as much as they can.
Called this morning to follow up, determine if the order had been shipped, or what. Was on hold for 15 minutes, then an agent picked up. I calmly (wasn't easy at that point) explained the story, and asked for an update. Was told the company takes 4-7 days to ship (what? in 2018 it take 4-7 days to ship some socks?), so my order had not been shipped. I was then told that the shipping time requirement, the no cancellation/no refund policy was explained in the company's policies.
I mentioned that the policies were not obvious or I, obviously, would not have ordered from them, and I suggested that their policy would not be clear to most shoppers, and that in today's world, good online companies do not trick customers with such things and attempt to be helpful to customers. She hung up on me. Seems this is what their customer service people are trained to do and do best.
I will continue to pursue my complaint with Paypal. Meanwhile, be forewarned. This is a low quality company with utter distain for their customers. They shouldn't be in business very long. There are many better options out there.

"I order an item which didn't work for me, requested a return on a Sunday through their website. Meanwhile i placed another order for a different product i thought would work. i received an e-mail on Monday letting me know i could not return the first item i ordered, only exchange it. Nowhere on their website states certain products can't be returned. I responded to the e-mail they could then exchange it for second order i placed and was told these are two separate orders and that i could NOT apply my second order to the first one i was trying to returned (exchange now according to their terrible policy). I then decided to call customer service to cancel the second order placed in within 24 hours and was told they can't cancel orders. What kind of shady company is this?? the charge is still showing pending on my credit card, so it hasn't even gone through and they can't cancel an order just placed??? Stay away from this company. "
"This is the worst place to order from. DON'T DO IT!!!! I made a return/exchange which took about a dozen emails before that was completed. Then we received the replacement items only to have them be the wrong sizes. As I am typing this I am live chatting with the company who now can't even find this order. And let me not forget to mention that they charged my card again WITHOUT authorization. WORST!!!!"

"First-time buyer: I intended to order one pair of compression stockings, but order went through as two. Called customer service immediately, and asked to change order to one pair. Was told I "ordered after 2 PM, so we can't change" (?!). I asked to cancel the entire order - company refuses cancellations. Immediately thereafter, I contacted their Chat, same inflexibility - no revisions, no cancellations, and the customer pays for returns and restocking fees. Am a frequent on-line shopper, and have never encountered such inflexible or customer-unfriendly policies. They have lost my business for good, and I will work to spread the word to avoid this company...

I bought a pair of compression thigh high's after reading that I could return the unworn garments for a refund BUT in the fine print on the very bottom of their REFUND PAGE, it lists every brand they sell stating that they were NOT eligible for a refund, ONLY an exchange or store credit...WTC!! I will never buy from this company again & will be a loud outspoken voice against their shady, shifty & underhanded business. Also, I submitted a refund request on 5/31/17 & they conveniently "missed it" until I called on 6/6/17."

"I tried to order Jobst socks on Black Friday, advertised for $19.99 on their website, but when placed in cart, price jumped to over $57. I bought them anyway, and they sent defective socks. I actually fell for the old bait and switch scam, my bad. I then tried to return. I was willing to exchange for other products, and asked them to price match another price I found. They wanted me to pay shipping, and would not price match. I asked why, they would only say that they can deny any price match for any reason and mine was denied. I said I would just keep the socks and never order from them again, as I just did not trust them. They do not care about your satisfaction - stay away."
