"Ordered stockings to wear post vein surgery. I found a pair in person and tried to cancel my order. No response. Tried to get shipping information. No response. More than two weeks later, the stockings arrived--AFTER my surgery. They aren't taking any responsibility for sending the stockings late. Won't offer a refund. I will dispute with my credit card company. All of the reviews on their site are obviously fake. This company should be reporter to the Better Business Bureau. In fact, I'll do that next. "
"The Customer Service line is always busy. Put on hold all the time for extended periods of time.
Does not honor their RETURN policy,
Uses order date as return date, even if the socks do not arrive for a week or two. So, your 30 days is already used up.
Would not recommend /"
"I have ordered from Compression sale for the last two years and never had any issues. Then they put the compression socks that I normally order on sale so I ordered 3 pair. When the package arrived there was some type of robe in the package that I didn't order. When I contacted them about this they said they were not responsible for the order after it has been shipped and they were not going to do anything about it. I told them never again! Don't order from these people they will eventually steal your money! You can get everything they sell on Amazon for the same price or even cheaper. shame on you people for stealing almost $100.00 from me!"
"Just the facts:
Ordered one product received another. It was a knee sleeve, The substitute that was sent was not acceptable. It is not neoprene. It has no knee articulation. It is shorter. It is of lesser quality. It is made by a different company.
The original item is still on their website. There was no notification when ordered. The packing slip even shows what I ordered, not what actually was sent. I sent photos.
I have to send the incorrect items back and pay for the shipping. They will not refund me for the incorrect items nor the shipping. They will only give me a store credit, which I will never use.
I was offered a substitute to the substitute. Told it was sent. Not received. Then on backorder. Phone calls not answered. This should be illegal. I dealt with them in good faith."
"Ordered and received my hose in a week. The first time I wore them one of them started falling down . To make a long story short they hinted strongly that maybe I needed a different size. I have worn support hose for years and definitely know how to measure. and I know my size. I was told I would have to take an exchange. I do not and will not accept an exchange especially after being quizzed or told I need different size. I paid 44.79 for faulty inferior product. Just credit me back original method of payment. "
"Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Have been trying to get a sleeve for my lymphedema, been dealing with them for 3 months and they said the wrong thing and then charge return shipping. Stay away from these people. Go with lymphedema products. Com cheaper prices and the customer service is absolutely wonderful

"Just got off the phone with Jessica Bright, customer service. They did not deliver my 2nd package and would not track it so Jessica told me to call USPS because that wasn't her job. USPS told me compressionsale.com messed up and put 2 different labels on the package and they don't know which one is the correct address. This is compressionsale.com responsibility to track and fix the label. I will NEVER order again from them. The first pair of stockings worked fine."
"I have owned Sigvaris compression stockings for ten years and have been very pleased. On October 5th I ordered two pair of the Sigvaris 232CXL M00 compression stockings for $65.00 a pair. These are their knee high cotton stockings for men. On October 9 the stockings were mailed and I received them on October 11. Prompt delivery and the packages I received showed to be the correct product. However when I opened the packages I discovered the stockings were small not XL.
For example I am a large and tall man. My foot size is 14" +/- and my calf height is 20" +/-. The compression stockings I received appeared to be for a small man. The foot of the stock was about 6" and calf height about 12". I understand that these are compressing stockings and they should be tight but there was no way these would fit. I emailed Compressionsales.com and asked for a return material authorization and to my chagrin I was informed that I could only return the stockings for an "exchange or a store credit". Since the packages were identified correctly I assume returning them for an exchange would only result in getting the same result. They suggested returning the stockings and going with a different maker. I have used Sigvaris for ten years and preferred their product.
I argued my case with the customer service personnel and they were adamant with their position.
I filed a claim with Discover Card that pretty much stated the product was not as advertised and wanted them to help. They issued a temporary credit and filed a claim on my behalf with Compressionsale.com. Unfortunately today they informed me that they found the charge to be valid and charged my credit card. I am angry at both companies now. How can they find a charge to be valid but not the product. I never disputed the charge just the product.
Discover Card allows me to appeal their decision and I fully intend to do just that and I will no longer use their credit card for purchases. Secondly I have filled a complaint with Sigvaris in Switzerland and admonished them for using Compressionsales.com to represent them in the U .S.A. and for having their product made in the U.S.A. with the resulting poor quality control.
Like others who have written a review here one must first check out the reputation of the company before buying. Caveat Emptor is a disgusting corporate policy.
Oh and another thing. On the Payment Information at Compressionsale.com showing my credit card number "they checked the box "I agree with the full terms and conditions, return policy and shipping information located on the website. I was not aware of the stringent return policy until I asked for an RMA.
Bait and switch

"Purchased a pair of knee pads from compressionsale. When I rec'd them, I realized they were the wrong size and wished to return....all this within a 2 week time frame. The packages were NEVER opened....still sealed in their plastic cases. I am being told, no refund, only store credit or exchange.
Awful, awful, awful customer service return policy. Not sure how this exists in todays shopping marketplace.
Never would recommend this site, nor will I shop here again. I am willing to take the loss to share the experience."
"I ordered a pair of Second Skin compressions socks that were advertised to be "soft, diabetic crew length socks". I opened the package to feel them without trying them on and they were scratchy as all heck. My foot is very sensitive and I knew they would feel like sand paper. I chatted with a service rep and told I had to return them by their return policy. That is paying again for return shipping after paying for shipping to my home as well as a 25% return fee. By the time I do that, It's a wash. I will throw these scratchy socks in the trash. They also advertise, "free shipping on most orders". If you plan to purchase something from this company, make sure the product has free shipping and don't open the package unless you intend to keep them. Problem is, how will you know you want to keep them looking through a plastic bag? I bought socks from Bombas that didn't fit. They told me to donate them and they credited my method of payment. Go, Bombas!"
"Wish i read these reviews before. They take your money and nothing. $148 gone with nothing to show for it. Total Rip off!!!"
"Tried to return a product that was not as described. They refused the return. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute. I started getting threatening emails that said they would call the police. They take advantage of at risk people. Also, it says free shipping but they charged $9.99"
"On 3/30/19 I ordered 2 back support braces. They were shipped to a wrong zipcode through UPS tracking, and were returned to the Georgia warehouse. They had already received my credit card money. I did not read the reviews prior to ordering. The correspondence went on through 5 correspondence stating I would receive my order. On April 22, 19 a Ms Bright, "we will have it reshipped to the correct address". My order was $58.90 I requested a refund if it could not be shipped. NO RESPONSE."
"I wish I would have checked these reviews before ordering from their website. I ordered three pairs of support socks and could see immediately that 2 pairs were too narrow in the calves, so never tried them on. Emailed them for a return authorization and they sent back a return request number but not a return authorization. I called their 800 number where never got live customer support. I left phone messages but still never got a return authorization but got a message asking me to take a credit instead of a refund. No mention of a restocking fee either which others on this site have mentioned. I think I used Paypal, so will try to file a complaint with them as other reviewer mentioned."
"Paid for order, never received it. Tried to get refund and cannot reach them by phone or chat and tried multiple times. They just took my money."
