"I ordered a pair of pantyhose and socks and paid $20 for 2 day shipping, only to receive part of my order. The packing slip informed my that my pantyhose were on back order. This was news to me, nowhere on their website did it state that the pantyhose were on backorder. I promptly called to cancel my remaining order. It's been 2 weeks and still no pantyhose or refund. Each time I have called I have been rudely treated by customer service, funny since it's their mistake. Buy somewhere else."

"Every year I shop here for my wife’s maternity pantyhose and knee highs. We have ordered from them each time she was with child, in order to prevent varicose veins during pregnancy. I expressed ordered a pair of stockings to be sent to my hotel, after I realized that I was in urgent need of toeless stockings. I paid $19.95 in shipping and received a damaged product--there was a run in the right heel, and because it was an emergency, I had to wear them "as is." I called today only to speak to a very rude representative who was completely unsympathetic to my problem. I wanted an exchange and the amount of the express shipping to be replaced. No can do. I asked to speak with the supervisor, and low-and-behold, she was even more rude, asking why it took me 11 days to report a problem. 1) I was calling within the return window, 2) I've been working a corporate event with a run up my leg and this was the soonest I could call. I told her that I didn't appreciate the accusatory tone, told her she was also rude, and she responded with an even more sour attitude. I told her that I wanted the return information and that I would never again order from them. "We would be happy to never have you order from us again." Run. Run as fast as you can. Who is training this call center? Infants?

UPDATE: compressionsale.com attempted to remove this review, claiming that I never ordered from them at all. After sending my invoice to this rating website for verification, my review was allowed to remain active.
