They delay orders. They have shipped an order in parts at different days without notifying us.
They delivered a 5000eur equipment to the wrong address!
They got paid for the purchase of an iphone, then cancelled our order and did not refund us either! Without notifying us of course.

When I call they answer 1 out of my 20 call attempts, and after having me on hold FOR HOURS!
Then all they have to say is "NO ENGLISH", without even considering passing the line through to a colleague that may speak English, which makes it an endless debate between me and a German speaker.

"I ordered 3080th the payment was successful (they wrote off 3+ thousand more at the rate of the bank, well, okay, I think this is a common situation) the next day they sent it, the parcel was tracked by DHL, it was delivered a week later, but I did not leave Germany, the next day I receive a letter about a refund. Tech support is silent why what and how (my address is specified and I always received it before, there should have been no problems). The next day, the amount was returned by 6 thousand less (because of the Bank rate, again, I am now dealing with Bank, so that the amount that was written off was returned, since it is a refund)... As a result, I did not receive the card and lost almost 10 thousand at the moment."

Bought a 3080 on 15th December.
Was sent to the wrong country via DHL.
After contacting them they told me they will investigate it. That as in December. It is now July and I have still not received any money back. I am down 1044 euro. They seem to of stopped writing back to me.
They told me they had asked DHL to investigate and will get back to me but nothing has changed.
They will be rude to you on the phone too if you call up and make you feel stupid for wanting your money back.
Only thing I can do now is spread the word about how bad this company is.
I just hope they will refund me at least, but I am not holding my breath"
