"Either my order was sent to another person in another city, or the shop provided me a fake tracking ID. When I called customer support and asked for a proof of sending the parcel to me, twice they lied that they would send me shipping receipt. On third call, an employee completely refused to send me a proof, to send the order again, or to refund money.

"I have ordered some things from the computeruniverse.net over the course of about 1 year. Everything was OK with the purchases, even refunded the VAT, but a problem arose when my cellphone died on me. I sent it to the special service that is a certified repair store for many cell phone companies. They acknowledged it is a warranty case, but a part needed was not on stock. After 4 weeks they agreed that it is unrepairable First CU.net were lying to me that the warranty is only 6 months and after that they are not required to take it back, which I disputet with the apropriate EU LAW and the fact that the certified service agreed that it is a warranty case. I sent the phone to CU.net (after receiving it back from the service with a statement that LG accepts the return). They were then lying to me that they have to wait for the LG to make a decision if they want to repair it or refund it. Replied to the e-mails super late. Lying to me again, then I have involved my lawyer, even that didnt scare them. Then after 4 months they have refunded me only partial price saying that that is timevalue credit. And from this point I had no more energy to argue with them. I hope nothing else which I bought from them will have any problems."

I ordered three items in May. All items were green and should be dispatched in 1-2 days. In some days one of item become red and then the possible date become 1.08.2017. They did not contact me about it to propose any alternative or something like that. I wrote the message about it and the answer was bla-bla-bla.
I reordered these thing but changed the absent item to the another item that was on demand (dispatched in 1-2 weeks).
But in a week the possible date become 1.08.2017 too!!!
I tried to remove this item from the order to get the other items. But I can't because the order contained a promotion-related credit note. The message told me that I have to contact with them by email. I wrote them to remove 2 items form the order to get only one item. On the next day I found two possible alternative for the absent item and asked them to remove or change to one of these items. I waited for 2 weeks. The silence was the answer on my message.

"I purchased a Sony Xperia XZ Premium as they deliver to the US and I wanted the European model. They were paid immediately via PayPal. This was a preorder so it took some time to become available. When it did, I very quickly received a shipping notification. Days went by and I tracked the package which seemed to leave Germany but never enter the US. Two weeks after ordering, I get an email from PayPal that I have been refunded for the order. Nothing from the company as to why just a reason of "DE03". So informative, I know but I was unable to decipher that code. Two emails later and no response as to the reason why. My only guess is that the presale price was lower than the current price, perhaps thy didn't want to honor the pricing they had posted."

25.02.2017 I pre-ordered ASUS ROG GR8 II (i7, 16GB RAM) at a price of 881€ (Price with discount for pre-order). Standard price after the release of 1007€.
In the end, they sent the wrong computer! (i5, 8GB RAM). They said that the price was a mistake (It's a lie! The price was lowered for pre-order). As compensation, they offered to leave this computer and a voucher for 50€ for future purchases. They decided to get rid of me easily! If I send the computer back, there will be no compensation on their part! I sent it back. 30.04.2017 I am without money and without a computer! After the return, I have to order again at a new price without any compensation from the store! It's disgusting! #computeruniverse"
"Firstly, I have to declare to this comment. I am the experience internet buyer and this is the third times to buy my favor in Computeruniverse.net. The first times and second time I bought HPe Microserver Gen8 twice. It was really good and really good pricing from this online shop.
Unfortunately, this times I ordered the ASUS notebook on 2 Feb 2017 is can't imagination bad experience. The order progress and deliver from DHL is very quick. However, the deliver is not successful to my country (Hong Kong). DHL showed delivered place in Germany and DHL in Hong Kong don't know why. Anyway, I think it is operation issue so I try to submit the enquire from computeruniverse.net. BTW it is out of service when I press submit. Okay, then I sent 1 emails to computeruniverse.net enquiry this case. 2 days 3 days no reply. I sent again use gmail account, btw 4 days no one reply again.

"I have made several purchases at Computer Universe. First one was a waterproof Motorola Defy phone. After 1 year of use the power button stopped working so I couldn't power the phone on. I sent it to CU and after some weeks I received the phone back with the broken screen (as if someone hit it with a hammer) and a letter stating that "the phone has traces of water inside so it is out of warranty". Once I talked on the phone in the rain but waterproof phone suppose to prevent water from getting inside, so only the fact of getting water inside was a clear warranty case and then power button in addition. And broken screen during service inspection - how that could be possible?! And why they sent damaged phone back to the customer?! I received no answer from CU. I sent the broken phone back to them asking for compensation but instead received from CU an offer to dispose it! WTF?! Another case was with Asus motherboard. It started malfunctioning during warranty period so I sent it to CU for service. After one month of silence I called them asking about service progress. Customer support representative replied that they sent it to Asus for repairing. After another month I called to CU again asking when I receive the motherboard back. They replied that it is still at Asus but were unable to provide me with the Asus' warranty case number. Then I searched Asus support page (likely they have that option) by motherboard S/N and - surprise! - didn't find any information about service. So after 3 months of waiting I finally received the motherboard back in exactly the same state as I sent it to CU. Needles to say that CU had never sent my motherboard to Asus service and was just lying me for months. Conclusion: Computer Universe are liars and fraudsters. Never ever buy anything from this shop."
"I bought Asus motherboard there for about €500 before four months. They sent me defected board. I sent it back so they can replace it with new one but they sent same board with same serial. It didn't worked again so I sent it back again. Now they made up some mechanical damage on the board and they somehow canceled the warranty. I asked them to send the board to Asus service so they can check what is wrong but they simply ignored that request and now they're sending it back to me. Don't know what to do with the defected motherboard. This has been going on for four months already."
"I bought a +-1500€ computer on Monday the 28th of December with a maximum estimated shipping time of 5-7 working days. It arrived mid-January (almost three weeks later. Apparently, they had a good Christmas period) with a broken display so I sent it back the next day.
They now expect the whole process (shipping it back and forth to the manufacturer and then to me) to take another month and a half (to arrive probably around mid-March) since they don't want to send me a new one, nor refund me. On top of that, the customer service doesn't update me or give me any news about anything. I have to call them regularly to hear them bluntly tell me they just don't know, that they'll give me news whenever they have some. No apologies, no compensation package, nothing, just a plain "we can't do anything at the moment".
