"NEVER BUY FROM COMPUTERUNIVERSE AGAIN! I have make an order on September 2015, i received my order 1 month later. The motherboard was faulty, i sent it back, i am still waiting 1 month after they received the motherboard for an answer, when i call them and i ask what is going on, they said to me that they don't know, because they send the motherboard to a company to fix it. And i told them "I buy a new item and you gonna send me a repaired one?" and the answer from customer representative was "That's the normal process". So in total i am gonna wait for 5 months to receive a motherboard that was Faulty from the first moment and i am going to receive it "repaired". UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE staff! they only know how to pronounce "That's the normal process""

"I was searching for a cheap website that's ships internationally and I found this one.

I bought a some pc parts from them and I have an issue when I paid by my credit card. Then, I paid by Paypal using the same credit card and it worked perfectly. After that, they shipped my items to my country, while I was waiting my friend told me this website got many bad reviews, I found this reviewing website and when I saw the score I was worried about my items. Are they going to ship all the items or only some of them?! Are they going to ship me a faulty items or not?! I was really scared.

I waited for about a month and I got an email says the shipment has arrived. I told my cousin to get it but we hand a problem with the address. My package was sent to the wrong post office because half of the address was shown in the sticker (I think their website doesn't support more than 50 characters or I don't know really). My cousin found the package and he check it all the items were there (Thank god).

My cousin sent the package to my house and my brother built the pc but before that happens I read about a review in this website says that AMD Sapphire R9 380 4GB Nitro was broken or faulty so he had to RMA it ( I don't want to deal with that ) BUT everything was fine and working properly.

The shipping took 10 days !!!! I don't know how but it is really fast for me and where I live.
The prices on this website are the lowest I could find.

BUT i'm still scared to order something from them maybe in the future if they got a very good review.

"Excellent service!! Had a faulty Graphics Card Sapphire R9 380 delivered from Computeruniverse.net phoned customer service explained my problem they asked me to send it back for a replacement, a week later they emailed me that a replacement has been sent back to me. I had similar problems with a local store in my country and it took them over a month to sort it out! Thumbs up CU!!"

"My experience was with at Onkyo AV amplifier. It was bought on November 2012 and broke down on April 2014.I what advised by computeruniverse to ship the amp back to them in Germany from Greece, pay the expenses (about € 110) and They would refund them later. The amp Never Came back to me and the shipping expenses never paid !!! Instead I got a refund from them of less than half the amount I originally paid. That happened in the end of November after calling and emailing computeruniverse Numerous times. They did not reply in most of the emails and the gave false promises over the phone just to get rid of me. I admit thatthis what Partly Because of Onkyo Support Which is a joke but the fact thatthey never refunded at least the shipping cost as promised in writing what unacceptable. I would never buy anything again from computeruniverse and I would never buy anything Onkyo again. Remember you always get what you pay for ... or less !!!"

"I've ordered a smartphone from CU.
Upon arrival it was different model, I contacted RMA support and they asked to send it back.
So I've sent it back and it got stuck in German Customs for 2 weeks.
After first week I wrote to RMA again and they said to have patience, second email another week later wasn't answered at all.
Then I finally got a refund but only for the smartphone, and instead of exchanging it they just sent me the money.
I should also get a refund for shipping cost as I've sent the item back.
And since it was their fault sending the wrong smartphone and refunding later I'm also looking for refund of shipping cost to me.
Right now it looks like as I just gave them 40 EUR for nothing.
Described the situation to them but still no reply.

I'll gladly remove this review if they sort this situation out.

"I've bought an ASUS 32 inch UHD monitor from them six weeks ago. UPS damaged the monitor and since then they are just repeating that they haven't been contacted yet by UPS and that they will notify me if there'll be some news for me. I gave up the monitor and will have to fight for my 930€ via my lawyer because they are NOT REPLYING TO REFUND REQUEST. Nightmare experience!! I've bought tons of stuff online and never been treated this bad by customer support. This is literally the worst buying experience in my life!

Edit: After opening a dipute at Pay Pal and elevating it to claim, money is refunded within a day.

"We got 2 PSUs from ComputerUniverse.

After a while they started becoming very noisy (fans did a clicking and screeching noise, it also sounded like fans were at 100% all the time).

We sent the two PSUs back to ComputerUniverse.net to send them to XFX for RMA.

A few days later ComputerUniverse sent us an e-mail, telling us they just sent the PSUs back to us, citing : "manufacturer denies settlement because of mechanical damage".

XFX told us they never received the PSUs for RMA.

After asking many times, ComputerUniverse told us that they themselves denied RMA because of mechanical damage, but they provided no proof or further explanation.

The PSUs are now visibly damaged.

Communication throughout was terrible.

"I've ordered several times from computeruniverse in the last 10 years, because they are one of the few European resellers that will ship outside the EU. They can sometimes be slow to ship out but I've never really had a problem until recently, when I placed a big order (over 1,500 EUR) for the first time, a computer case and all components for a new build.

I ordered on 25 June for a 21 July birthday gift. All items were listed in stock, and I paid immediately by bank transfer, including the higher costs for faster UPS delivery. I immediately received an order confirmation that all items were in stock or available in 1-2 days. On 29 June I received notice all items were in stock. When I contacted them on 30 June to ask for a shipping date I was told actually one item was not in stock but expected soon. On 2 July in the morning I received an e-mail that my entire order was ready for shipping, but it did not ship on 2 July or the next day, 3 July, a Friday.

On 4 July I called to ask why the order wasn't shipped and their Customer Service told me UPS didn't have space to take the parcel (???) but the order would ship Monday, 6 July.

On Monday morning I received an e-mail that I had to pay 20 more euros because of an error calculating shipping costs. I immediately called and asked if I pay it quickly by PayPal would the entire order ship the same day and was told yes. I paid and I waited for shipping notice.

Late in the day I was informed only the case was shipped and the rest of the order would have to wait for customs accreditation because the value was more than 1000 EUR. It was the first time any mention of a customs delay before being sent (I expect customs delays only at my end), and I also did not agree to a partial shipment. Sending a partial shipment without my approval violates their own Terms & Conditions.

I sent an e-mail listing all the complaints about mistakes and delays and asked if they could give me an assured shipping date. The e-mail wasn't answered all day so I called Customer Service and spoke to the rudest person I ever encountered. When I tried to make my complaint the rep told me I am the one who is wrong and doesn't understand. When I tried again he said "We are not going to discuss this. Do you want the order or you want to cancel?" I asked for a manager and he said the manager is on vacation. I asked for the manager's name and he said "Look it up on the website." Needless to say at that point I cancelled.

That is only the short story, but it is really the worst customer service experience I have ever had -- and I live in the Balkans, so that is really saying something. I was about to place an order for a similar system at the same cost for myself, so they didn't lose just 1,500 EUR but 3,000 EUR, because I will NEVER buy from them again.

If you want to order with them, feel free to try, but now I would say do not order anything if you need it in a certain amount of time, and avoid big orders because at least in my case they simply could not handle it.

"Excellent service and I am really happy I have found this online store. Fast delivery within a week and everything was packed very well. All prices exclude VAT when shipping outside of European Union and it's a good chance to save a little money.
There are many products that have discounts and there is discount coupon code also, that allow to save 5 euro when you place your first order in this great online store. I have used this one FW2KBL8 coupon code, and it works well.

I will highly recommend computeruniverse online store to everyone.

"Really bad customer service. I recived my packet with a lot of stuff. One of the items as misslabeled as the item i order but was a chip 4gb micro sd card (instead of the 8gb ram module that costs 15 times more). Not answeeing my emails. I always recive the same stupid email that talks about the return policy. It' s been to long... I also had to wait for a "long" for some of the stuff to because there was no stock; in there website all of them were lebeled as in stock. it took more than a month for the pakage to arrive."
