"I called the store to make sure they had a good selection of chest protectors in stock for my 11 year old boy and was lead to believe they had "plenty to choose from". If you ride or have atleast purchased one before then you know every brand has their own sizing pretty much. No system standard what soever. (For instance we ended up buying an adult Medium for an eleven year old.) After a two hour drive I get their to find that they have two that fit my son and maybe 15 overall. I don't feel like writing a book but I could based on the short time frame I was there (approximately an hour). Although Taylor was very helpful and understood my frustrations, it was very disappointing. The store is very disorganized. Althought they, for the most part, have all the gear divided into type, such as helmets here, pants there, jerzees there, it's like they pulled everything off struck and and threw it in piles as such. Helmets for instance, raving, touring, MX, all together with no sections per say, at all. Control levers and perches, about 25 all together, but no organizing by brand or style at all. If you know a part number to what you want, I'd say call and have them pull it to assure it's truly there and pick it up without further shopping. If you want to look at different options for whatever it may be that you need, simply pull each item off the rack or shelf and sit it behind you untill you find the one you want or are willing to settle for. Apparently that's how it is done at this store then someone just throws everything back on a shelf or rack when you are done. Obviously without sorting or separating in any manner. I would have been better off to mail order 5 or 6 and send back what didn't fit or my son didn't like. I don't feel Taylor will be there very long, but will make her next employer very proud. "
