"I called the store couple weeks before going to Columbus and asked about a specific helmet model and size. They said they’d check if they could get that helmet, but if they couldn’t they’d order it during my visit, for a later pick up. For my surprise, when I arrived at store the exact helmet I inquired about was there, with my name on its box, reserved. They didn’t charge me a cent for reservation..... GREAT experience!!!"
"I just thought there was a lack of enthusiasm when dealing with the representative. They didn’t really care or seem to care that anyone was even there. I’m not sure if they don’t like changing tires or what but the younger guy seemed like he lacked effort. I also asked him where the nearest at&t was because I drove almost an hour and a half to the store. His reply was “no at&t around this is the hood”
