"I dropped the wheel off to have a new tire installed then the women called to tell me there was something in the valve stem and they couldn’t get the air out so I said cut the valve stem off she said they can’t do that in the shop so I had to pick up tire drive 30 minutes back home and I took a dental pick and picked the **** of rubber o ring out it took 2 seconds then I took it back to them for the women to put sticky weights on my spoke wheels and the tire manufacturer put dots on tires for the installation that wasn’t lined up with valve stem so I had to take the tire back to them to have fixed with the proper weights and they didn’t offer to give a price break nothing I will not use this store again after three trips it’s finally right I would think if you have an employee that doesn’t know what they are doing maybe someone that does know should be supervising them "
