"Over the last couple of months I have been to Cycle Gear Richmond several times. My first time was in August. Since then I have purchased several things and with each visit the staff have been pleasant, knowledgeable of the products and very willing to help.

Am I just lucky? No, I have seen them treat each customer very well and they have been more than willing to help whether you are a new or seasoned rider. They work to share product knowledge, riding suggestions and help ensure what you are buying is what you need.

My last visit was a week ago and I went to look at helmet Bluetooth devices. Chris helped me and was great. He asked my current riding style and what I thought it would be like down the road. From there he showed me several device options explaining the pros and cons of each. Did he steer me in one direction, to buy the most expensive? No, he armed me with the information needed so that I could make a decision.

After I made my decision Chris installed the device, walked me through using it and made sure I knew that if I had questions after I could just come back by.

I can guarantee you he earned a loyal customer that day!

With the current pandemic/economy many retailers are struggling. Often they seem to think having the lowest price is what brings people back. Not really, so many things I can buy from so many other places. Very rare that one retailer is the only one that sells some product or type of product.

What is going to make customers loyal and more likely to not hop seller to seller? Well, I think Cycle Gear Richmond has figured that out and it is great customer service, product knowledge and service after the sale. "
