" I have never left the store happy, most recently i bought a tire in store and thought i could save myself the headaxhe and get it changed in store.
I was told it takes 24 hours. The "tire certified" worker said he had to have them all done that night so he assured me that it would be done the next morning. At first he seemed unsure but when i said i could come in at 2 the next day he was adamant.
The tire was not ready or even close when i came in the next day. The worker who i talked to was not there which made it seem like he lied knowing he wasnt working when i would return.
I waited another day and it was still not ready, i took it in on a tuesday and on friday it was still not ready. By that time i had to go out of town without it. Finally on sunday i visited the store and asked about it and the original employee still had to check if it was done.
I never got the old tube back but i would rather not have one than deal with this store any longer. "
