"I walked in the front door and was greeted within seconds. Although they were busy with stocking shelves or inventory everyone would asked if I was still doing ok or if I needed any help.
When I was ready to check out the person helping me made a suggest on another product they had a sale on. Even though another customer kept interrupting him while he was entering in my information in the computer he never lost focus. very professional with the other customer also. "

"Greetings as soon as I stepped in. Good customer acknowledgement. Was asked if I needed help to find anything. Assistance was good knowledgeable fast respectful courtious. Check out was good, change was counted out. All good. Store is always full of murchandise you need more space. Not a problem if you can walk. Heads-up, if a person in a wheelchair was to visit the store thay would not be able to maneuver around. People with disabilities are finding ways to ride motorcycles, you must prepare the store for this type of new customer. Don't get into trouble with ADA issues. Great store, good employees, treat them well. It's hard to find good reliable people. "

"I love Cycle Gear because of the convenience of having everything in one place, and the selection they carry. I do have a problem though with the lack of attention from the staff at times, and the constant up selling on clothing and helmets. I generally know exactly what I want, and would like to try it on before purchase so I don't have to go through the shipping game.
I also purchased a new front tire, and asked about instalation. $25, great deal! So I called when the tire came in and asked to make an appointment to get it mounted. "No problem. Just bring it in and we will mount it. There is a 24 hour turn around time." Um, I live 2 hours away, and no one told me it would be overnight. If I had known I would have had it delivered to my house and found someone local. I was then told "Bring it in first thing in the morning and we will hopefully get it done right away." Still a 2 hour drive, and I do hope it will be done right away..."
"I bought a helmet and throttle friction lock (cruise control) and the associate who helped me was very knowledgeable on both and helped me get the right helmet which kept me safe and comfortable on a recent 1,000 mile ride."
