"I dealt with Carlos who was really fantastic to work with as I tried to decide on a new helmet. I was really torn between the Shoei GT Air and the Shoei Neotec 2. Ultimately I went with the GT Air - put my bluetooth in it and tried it for a couple weeks. In the end the airflow was less than expected and it basically ripped my ears off getting it off and on and made it impossible to use earbuds. So Carlos said bring it back and we will fix you up with the other one. So I upgraded to the Neotec 2, and Carlos moved by bluetooth over from the GT Air to the new helmet and and even put on the pinlock lens for me in my new helmet! What place is going to do this kind of stuff for you? Also ordered a thicker liner so I can get a perfect fit with the new helmet. I can't tell you how great these guys are, I have been going there a long time and bought a lot of stuff including a $500 Dainese jacket, armor, kevlar lined riding jeans, etc. Just last weekend I went back and bought my wife her new pink Shoei 1200 and she is super happy with it. I recommend these guys without hesitation! Thanks to all you guys at Cycle Gear that always help me out and answer any stupid questions without laughing LOL. "

"I was searching locally to find a tire that I needed rather than order it on line. Matt at Cycle Gear in Canoga Park CA was familiar with the tire I wanted and informed me that it was recently discontinued and replaced by an updated model at a higher price. But after reviewing his inventory, he found the one remaining tire that I was searching for. It was waiting for me at the counter when I arrived. I opted to have the tire mounted there and even though the store was very busy, Matt offered to have the tire mounted & balanced in a short period of time. I love that they handed my kids stickers and told us about coming down for bike night. I only wish they had just a tad bit more for youth/peewee riders... And even know on bike night, they allow kids there and they can bring their dirtbikes, you guys should post a strider Balance bike race/event !!! It's super popular and I bet it will be great business especially in the youth section....just a thought. Anyways thanks for having good employees and the products I need for my bike"
"Excellent experience! Matt and another gentleman were very helpful and professional. Stayed a little passed closing but because of the great service ended up finding a great pair of gloves. Went in looking to spend $50 bucks but ended up $150 later. No complaints though I feel great about the purchase and would definitely recommend!

"Called in inre shocks last friday its now wed and i have not recieved them, aside from crappy shipping i was not giving a in store reciept upon purchase, for one its illegal two i was told i would recieve it in my email which i did two days later. Im all in suporting small shops in neighborhood,but after this never again. Going online for ever."
