"Matt at cycle gear in Canoga Park is fantastic! He was the most patient and understanding sales person I have ever encountered. I am a mom trying to raise a boy in the dirt bike industry with no knowledge. He took the time to answer my and my sons questions and trust me there was a lot. He helped me select new and more appropriate gear for both my son and I. After I dropped my helmet I was worried about it not being safe and I brought it in and he let me know that it wasn’t and help me select a new helmet for myself. Unfortunately you didn’t have my size in stock but that did not stop Matt, he placed an online order for me and my helmet should be here soon. I did not feel rushed or pressured but well informed. We purchased two new helmets a safer chest/rib protector a pair of gloves and new goggles. Every penny was worth it because of your associate Matt and how he treated us. He went well beyond basic customer service. What a fantastic employee you have.
