A very friendly employee named Matt approached me & proceded to answer all of my questions & explain the features of the helmet that I decided to purchase . I have since used the helmet & I am extremely satisfied w it as it is exactly how he described it would be. Matt also took the time to show me their boot & glove selection & Cycle Gear’s policy of ordering items & the customer having no obligation of purchasing the item if it doesn’t work out.
