"I get the best customer service every time I visit this location. I'm greeted as soon as walk in and asked what I'm looking for. They direct me where the product is and then provide me with all options for whatever project I'm working on. They take the time to make sure I'm buying the right part and when I try to buy the wrong part they don't make me feel like an idiot.
Bottom line is, these guys care. They care a lot!!!
I can only hope they get paid what I think they are worth and if they aren't the powers that be need to step up and pay them more.
I can go anywhere in person or online to buy items but the employees here keep me coming back every time.

"We got some great deals on motorcycle gear during our trip to Cycle Gear in Fort Worth. Only problem was that I bought a pair of gloves; when I tried them on in the store, the "anti-theft device" was stuck down inside the right glove, so I only tried on the left, which fit perfectly; once they were purchased, and I got them home, I went to put them on and the right glove was considerably smaller than the left, and I couldn't even get it to go over fingers. I called and they said I had 30 days to exchange them; however, I live 4 hours away. They did say I could exchange at another store, and if needed, they could extend the exchange period a few days to allow me to do that. While visiting my parents in OKC, I took the gloves and receipt to the OKC store, and they quickly exchanged the gloves, completely hassle-free. Will definitely go back to Cycle Gear, both at store locations as well as on-line."

"I purchased an Arai helmet. I was quoted a price for the helmet. I agreed to purchase it. I was charged much more than the quoted price charged to my credit card though I didn't check receipt until I arrived home that evening. I had to make another trip back to the store to receive the credit back on my card. Also I purchased a heated jacket which I should have received 10% off that I didn't get. After reading the owners manual on the helmet it came with a silicone tube for application to the shied slide action which I didn't get either."

I have had many good experiences at this store on Alta Mere Drive. The tires were ordered on a Thursday morning and I received them Saturday morning at my house. If I had a wish for the stores, I would want more Dual-Sport / Adventure bike supplies and parts. They have plenty of street and motorcross gear and clothes, but lacking on dual-sport/ adventure bike options; however, the on-line store has more of these. I like to look at the gear I'm purchasing though. "
