"The most unprofessional business I’ve been to and will never come back. They had to special order brakes for my bike and when I called they told me the parts were in. Went into the store and they told me the parts were not there yet. The clerks at the front counter don’t even know how to work the computers and pretended like I wasn’t standing there waiting to be helped. Lesson learned, but what else do you expect from minimum wage workers? Save yourself the headache and go to Clawsons down the street, at least they know how to treat customers. I’m telling all my friends how disappointed I am. "

"Whenever I go in there they're always ready to answer any questions or concerns I might have. The store is always clean and organized and if any of the people that work there can't answer a question or aren't quite sure about something the store manager Jacob is always there to either answer the question or solve the problem whatever it is. All in all it's a great place to get whatever accessories you might need either for your bike or yourself and they're location couldn't be better about a ten minute drive from my house. "

"Went in on a Monday and bought a new tire over $200. Ordered a set of speakers told they'd be there in a few days. Returned Tuesday with tire and rim for tire mounting. Returned Wednesday to pick up mounted tire and rim. Asked about my speakers, was told the shipment came in but person who takes care of that had been out for a few days and they were behind processing orders, they would call me. Finally get call on Saturday, go pick up speakers, they are black, I had ordered chrome ones. There are 7 sets of black ones on the shelf, how could they screw that up! Now I'm told I have to wait another week. Locally Stereo Warehouse has them in stock in chrome. Should have gone there."
