"Cycle gear in general has cut down on the dirt bike parts and gear they have offered in stores within the past decade. When I ask if they have something I'm usually give a response of "We can order it". What is the point of having the overhead of a store location if your not going to provide simple stock items like Jets. Forget about trying on dirtbike boots. When I first started riding I was able to go down to my local cycle gear and try on many different brands of boot. Now that my children are older I wanted them to try on some, but my local cycle gear only had two style boots and 3 different sizes. The personnel are borderline rude and arrogant and are always looking to up sell on everything. I always dread going into a cycle gear and usually end up leaving empty handed and disappointed. "

"Was looking for a certain helmet for awhile walked in to my nearest store saw it but it’s a rare helmet that’s discontinued but he found it at a sister store. Took forever to ship and helmet that got shipped was not in shoei box all my contents got stolen no pin lock nothing they had to order it still haven’t received it! Helmet wasn’t even packaged right to top everything off they left the tag on helmet. It’s sad cause u spend good money and these helmets ain’t cheap and for me not to get the oem box with stickers and contents inside just upsets me not wanting to go back for business. Not only was it my birthday gift but ruined my whole video which I’ll be posting on YouTube "
