When it arrived, she called me. As a female rider, I was very happy to deal with a female clerk on an item of clothing, but the guys at this store are all great and easy to work with too."

"The helmet design I wanted was not in stock. They were very helpful in helping me get the item ordered. The delivery took approximately a week. When arrived, the item had a defective bluetooth cap; it just wouldn't stay snapped to the helmet. Unfortunately I didnt realize this until I was home after doing errands an hour later. Weird because the snap was inside the helmet as if it was placed there. The fix was easy but I believe this defect shouldve been caught by the gentleman assisting me (did not catch his name but was not jacob or grace) - and partially my fault for taking the item as is without inspecting. I will continue to shop here due to great service from Jacob and Grace but will triple check items before purchasing."
