"Prices are good. Selection on most things is limited. The lack of staff is the bad part. Seems like every time I am in there it’s busy and there are only 1-2 staff people. This last time they were super busy. Saw 3 staff when we first came in. Then all the sudden there was only one. Took way to long to check out because the person helping me kept having to answer the phone or other questions. One staff member walked out and went on break telling the staff person helping me as he walked out to keep his head on a swivel as he had the floor. This was while ringing me out with at least 3 other people waiting to check out. "

"I went into the Fresno, CA Cycle Gear looking for a new rear tire, not a bad selection but there were several tires with date codes over two years old (not good). The wait to buy the tire was very long, the young women who was apparently the only one working was apologetic about the wait but in my opinion it is pretty unfair to leave her on her own on a weekend when the store gets busy like it did that day."
