"I just see this store as fine. I do not go here to browse. I only come when I am in need of products ASAP. I think this store needs an employee morale boost. Maybe some team-building exercises. Some of the employees talk bad about other employees when they are not present, some give condescending answers when a question arises, they throw each other under the bus at a moments notice instead of solving the issue at hand. I do not work here, but I feel if I did, I would dislike the people I work with. For the most part it can be uncomfortable when the employees bash others right in front of you.
This store needs SYNERGY: the creation of a whole that is greater than the sum of all parts. The best way to achieve this is by the employees taking part in workplace HUMILITY: to be less concerned on who gets the credit for the idea and be more concerned on how the idea benefits the team as a whole. Cycle Gear Fresno needs to learn how to prioritize and complete work that brings the TEAM closer to its goals."
