"Well I got a email from cycle gear showing the helmet I wanted next. It showed it was on sale for $169.00. So I went down there and it still was for sale at $239.00. I showed the guy the email and told him I just got it last night. He looked around on my phone and found out that the high viz helmet was for $169. I told him I really didn’t want to pay full price for it at that time and went to look at some other helmets they had around the price I wanted to buy. He came back over about 20 mins and asked to see the email again and he took pics of it showing the sale price. He said he’s going to make a phone call. He came back about 25 mins and said he called his boss about it and his boss called his boss about it. At the end me and my friend got the helmets for $169. "

"After finally getting some service it was good. We we're not greeted when we walked in and there wasn't but one other customer in the store! We wondered around until we found the things we were looking for. Once we found what we needed we had to walk to the counter to get questions answered and it was at that point we finally received some help. It almost came across as if they realized we were there to spend money not just look around and then they decided to help us. The associate that started helping us was okay at first as we questioned about riding jackets and helmets but he quickly left us when a customer came in he apparently knew and again we were left to figure things out. The second associate that came to help was polite and knowledgeable about most all products we were searching for and needed if not for him we would have walked out. We ended up purchasing what we needed. Which came to a solid total as we bought 2 helmets 2 pairs of gloves and a riding jacket for my wife! This is not the kind of service I have come to expect from CG as my dealings in the Tulsa, OK store have always been stellar! Hopefully this is a one time experience at this store and I can continue to purchase there. "
