"I was shopping for some boots, but they had none in stock in my size, 14. Not surprising, for most retailers. But the helpful employee ordered my selection and had them shipped to my home. The boots ( their house brand, Bilt) came, and I could barely get my feet in them, let alone stand up. Way too small. They gladly refunded my money.
I also found a Bilt mesh jacket (in a tall size!) that fit very well. It appears well-made and nicely detailed, so I bought it. I haven’t actually worn it on a ride, because it’s November, but I’m looking forward to next year."

"The staff at Cycle Gear are very nice, however. I purchased a riding jacket and had to order and pay for highway pegs as they didn’t have any in stock. I called the store and the person who answered the phone was very polite and professional. I asked about my order I placed a week before and they couldn’t find any record of the order. Said they had a shipment come in but needed to wait for a manager to open the packages. Said I would receive a call back. That was July 30th. Still no phone call. So I’m out $45 bucks and will just order from somewhere else in the future. "
