"Always good service when I am there and I am there often"
"The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. "
"The guy working there was so sweet and really went out of his way to help me pick out a helmet."
"This place ****! The sales clerks are unkempt and don't know store policy. "
"My salesperson installed a new headset into my helmet: a quick job for him that would have taken me half a day to figure out. I really appreciate the help."
"You We’re very helpful, and very kind you let me bring my dog in without me asking I was going to leave her in my vehicle with the windows down a ways. You made me feel very comfortable and not pressured. And you were very knowledgeable on stuff that I asked questions about "
"Staff very knowledgeable of equipment. "
"Staff was knowledgeable about products, made great recommendations and were fully engaged in customer needs. "
"Love having a local shop I can stop into for parts and things I need for my bike. Obviously we have online options but it's great to be able to stop in. We also love being able to do in store pick up now as an update to the website. "
"Been to this store a half dozen times. We're by no means **** bikers of any type (z125, Ruckus and kids electric motorcycle) but staff takes the time to find out what we're looking for and couldn't be more helpful, no matter if it's kids armor, boots or a 12" tire swap."
"For over 20 yrs I’ve been riding, buying gear, helping others enter the sport, and generally trying to help people have fun on bikes while staying alive. It used to be you had to shop dealers for the kind of stuff cycle gear sells. I love having a store dedicated to just quality gear and supplies for a reasonable price.
However, the store is haphazardly organized and the staff are friendly, but also clearly high every time I go there. I walk in and feel like I just entered a party house where everyone is in various stages of being, getting, or planning their next drug induced stupor. I wouldn’t trust them to make a recommendation on bike wash why would I trust them to sell me safety gear to save my hide?
I recently introduced a recovering addict to motorcycling as a healthy recreational activity to replace his previous, less healthy, pastime. As we’re approaching the front entrance one of the staff is outside telling a friend of his to watch for the undercover cop, inside another staff member tried to help us but couldn’t stop repeating our names before and after each sentence while struggling to stay focused. I immediately felt this was a mistake to bring a recovered addict to this place. I’m sure we could have gotten a lot more than motorcycle gear if we just asked the right questions. When I bring my kids there for their yearly off-road gear purchases it becomes an opportunity for lessons in human ecology.
Cycle Gear, put some professionals in this store and it’ll be a great place to shop."
"Friendly and helpful customer service "
"You lost a frequent customer "
"I went to cycle gear to help friend buy some gear since he's a new rider, and I had to buy some new gloves. We waited in line for probably over an hour while the two people in the front installed sena's and visors."
"Scratched/chipped my rim when I had tires put on in three places and gave back $26 not even enough to get the chips fixed."
